When you fill out our intake survey or contact us, we collect the following information:

• Your name — so we know who we're working with
• Email address — for project updates and account communication
• Phone number — so we can reach you quickly if needed
• Business information — your business name, services, location, and any details you share in the survey to help us build your website

We only collect what we need to build and maintain your website. Nothing more.

2 How We Use It

Your information is used for three things:

• Building your website — the business details you share go directly into your custom site
• Contacting you about your site — updates, revision requests, questions about your project
• Billing — processing your payments securely through Stripe

That's it. We don't use your data for anything else.

3 What We Don't Do

This is a hard rule, not a guideline. Your information stays between you and Automaton.

4 Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only what's needed for basic analytics to understand how our website is used (page views, traffic sources). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or any third-party marketing tools that follow you around the internet.

5 Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure database platform. All data is:

• Encrypted at rest — your information is protected even if servers are compromised
• Hosted on US-based servers — your data stays in the United States
• Access-controlled — only the Automaton team can access your project data

6 Your Rights

You have full control over your data. At any time, you can:

• Request a copy of all personal data we have on file
• Request corrections to any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data from our systems
